## Description

We're Hiring | Senior Architect

Location: Al Jurf, Abu Dhabi, UAE

ALFIRAS General Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience with a main contracting company.

• Proven experience in the execution of hotel and high-rise building projects is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of architectural shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, authority approvals, and consultant coordination.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (BIM knowledge is an advantage).

• Excellent coordination, technical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage architectural activities on-site and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all architectural works throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Ensure architectural works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and local authority regulations.

• Resolve technical issues and respond to RFIs related to architectural works.

• Monitor site activities and ensure construction is executed according to approved drawings and project requirements.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, MEP, and Civil teams to achieve project milestones.

• Review architectural finishes and ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.

• Identify design conflicts and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
