Role Summary

Responsible for leading the service team and delivering an exceptional beachfront guest experience through attentive, professional, and personalized service. Acting as a key point of contact between management and the service team, the role oversees daily beach club operations, ensures service standards are consistently maintained, and supports the Floor Supervisor in delivering smooth, efficient, and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Supervision: Leads the service team during daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across beach and dining areas. Monitors service flow, guest interactions, and team performance to maintain exceptional hospitality standards.

• Guest Experience: Delivers a premium beachfront dining experience by anticipating guest needs, managing requests, and resolving concerns with professionalism. Ensures guests receive personalized service aligned with the venue’s brand standards.

• Team Leadership and Training: Supervises, motivates, and supports the service team during shifts. Assists in onboarding and training team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest engagement techniques.

• Order Management: Ensures accurate order taking, POS operation, and effective communication between service, kitchen, and bar teams. Coordinates special requests, VIP preferences, and dietary requirements to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Beach & Floor Readiness: Oversees the setup and maintenance of dining areas, tables, and service stations by the beach and on floor. Ensures cleanliness, presentation, and availability of all required supplies throughout operations.

• Upselling and Product Knowledge: Maintains strong knowledge of food, beverage offerings, promotions, and venue experiences. Encourages effective upselling of menu items, beverages, and premium services to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant, beach club, lounge, or luxury hospitality environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, guest relations, POS systems, and luxury hospitality practices.

• Strong attention to detail, presentation, and service excellence.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
