Our client is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Development (FinTech, Technology & Innovation) to lead commercial growth initiatives within the technology and fintech ecosystem.

Location: Dubai

JOB PURPOSE:

To support the CBDO in attracting and registering channel partners/new clients, maintaining and deepening channel partner relationships via regular proactive engagement and the identification of areas for growth and collaboration, providing an exceptional level of ongoing client service. The role requires providing research, briefings, meetings, and conference support. Success in the role and the identified objectives will require a passion for the company, its clients as well as an ability to proactively pick up any internal projects needed for the group.

CANDIDATE PROFILES:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role in Business Development and Client Management for any organization. 4 years managerial responsibility in an organization of similar scope and size.

• Proven business development and commercial sales experience within the technology, fintech, or payments industry.

• Experience working with leading organizations such as Visa, Mastercard, Microsoft, or other top-tier fintech and technology.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• UAE market experience is essential, with Dubai experience preferred due to the nature of stakeholder engagement.
