## Description

Our FinTech client in Dubai is looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B). This is a true hunter role, focused on winning new SME clients through proactive outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking.

• Build and manage a pipeline of SME prospects.

• Identify funding needs and present tailored lending solutions.

• Manage the sales process from prospecting to close.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining CRM records.

About You

• Proven track record in outbound B2B sales or business development.

• Confident making high volumes of outbound calls.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or lending is preferred.

• An existing SME network or client book is highly desirable.
