Job Summary As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing guest transactions, handling daily cash operations, and supporting the restaurant's financial and administrative processes. You will ensure accuracy in all payments, maintain financial records, and provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced premium dining environment. Main Duties & Responsibilities • Process guest payments accurately, including cash, cards, and other approved payment methods. • Operate the POS system and ensure all bills are correctly processed and closed. • Manage daily cash floats, reconciliations, and petty cash transactions. • Reconcile cash and credit card tips and maintain accurate financial records. • Maintain supplier invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation. • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and operational standards.
