## Description

Job Purpose:

Manage and coordinate all logistics activities for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, manpower, and site resources while supporting smooth project execution and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project logistics planning, including material deliveries, transportation, equipment movement, and site access arrangements.

• Manage the movement and tracking of construction materials, tools, and equipment between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites.

• Coordinate with procurement, project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues affecting project progress.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory movement, and logistics documentation.

• Support site teams with manpower mobilization, equipment allocation, and transportation arrangements.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site logistics procedures.

• Prepare logistics reports, tracking sheets, and updates for project management.

• Coordinate with local authorities and consultants for site access, permits, and delivery approvals when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in logistics coordination within the construction or contracting industry.

• Experience supporting large-scale building, infrastructure, or MEP projects is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, site operations, and project logistics processes.

• Experience coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and transport companies.

• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/project tracking systems.

Preferred Experience:

• UAE construction industry experience.

• Experience working on high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or major contracting projects.

• Knowledge of UAE site logistics regulations and documentation.
