Role Description The Part Time Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and supporting the growth of JJJ Group’s lighting, sustainable flooring, and baby product lines. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and coordinating with the internal team to develop proposals and quotations. The role involves building strategic partnerships, attending relevant industry events, and contributing to sales and marketing activities that increase brand visibility and revenue. This is a part time, hybrid role based in United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site meetings and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.

• Experience in market research and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities in lighting, sustainable materials, or related sectors.

• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and deliver product pitches to diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, operations, and marketing) to support end-to-end client solutions.

• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time independently, and meeting targets in a part time schedule.

• Previous experience in lighting, building materials, sustainability-focused products, or consumer goods is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
