About the Opportunity

An international technology consulting company is expanding its operations in Dubai and is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation projects for clients across the UAE.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in software delivery, ERP, CRM, Microsoft technologies, or digital transformation who enjoy managing client-facing projects from planning through successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects.

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project risks, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.

• Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines.

• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.

• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT or enterprise software implementation projects.

• Previous experience delivering client-facing technology projects.

• Experience managing software development teams using Agile and Scrum.

• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Professional level of written and spoken English.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Highly Desirable

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

• ERP implementation projects

• Microsoft Dynamics 365

• CRM platforms

• Systems Integration

• Digital Transformation

• Microsoft Partner or IT Consulting environments

• PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification
