We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (Emirati)

Location: Dubai

Client: Confidential (Government)

We are looking for experienced HR professionals with a strong generalist background who have gained hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in at least 2–3 core HR disciplines, such as:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Performance Management

• Learning & Development

• Employee Relations

• Talent Management

• Organizational Development

• Compensation & Benefits

• HR Operations

• Ability to partner with business leaders and support a broad range of people initiatives.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employee lifecycle management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
