We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise Oracle Cloud transformation programs in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and leading cross-functional teams across technical and functional workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.

• Drive project planning, execution, milestone tracking, and delivery governance.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

• Ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, PPM, OIC, integrations, reporting, data migration, security, and cloud deployment.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management.

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, PPM, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.

• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programs, preferably in the Middle East.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
