## Description

We're looking for a National Sales Manager to lead and continuously improve our Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy across KSA/UAE. You'll drive efficient product distribution, superior customer service, profitable growth, and market leadership — while transforming our sales organization through smarter route planning, technology adoption, and stronger execution standards. This role is especially suited to someone with a strong track record in fresh, short-shelf-life product categories.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed sales targets (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) across all product categories, geographies, and trade channels

• Design and execute the national RTM strategy, optimizing market coverage and distribution costs

• Improve key sales metrics: calls per day, drop size, sales per route, and outlet productivity

• Drive numeric and weighted distribution, category presence, and Perfect Store execution

• Manage sales wastage, replenishment, FIFO compliance, and warehouse aging

• Act as the primary point of contact for Key Modern Trade, Ecommerce, Discounter, and Wholesale customers

• Lead Sales Force Automation (SFA), GPS route compliance, and analytics/dashboard adoption

• Manage sales budgets, gross margins, trade investment, and customer profitability

• Coach, develop, and build succession plans for high-performing sales teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)

• 10+ years of FMCG experience in KSA/UAE in a national leadership role

• Proven track record leading RTM transformation

• Experience in the Fresh Food category highly preferred

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

• Fluency in Arabic and English (Arabic required for KSA, preferred for UAE)

• Willingness to travel extensively for account management and market visits
