## Description

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact construction and development projects. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at stakeholder management, and have a track record of delivering projects successfully, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in overseeing project execution, managing contractors and consultants, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution and delivery activities throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.

• Manage mobilization, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Review contractor performance, variations, claims, and payment certifications.

• Ensure effective implementation of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and QHSE standards.

• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

• PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.

• 8-10 years of experience in project management within a developer, contractor, or consulting environment.

• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery, contract administration, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

## Requirements
