Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site client work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will source and list luxury residential properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating offers, and coordinating contracts and documentation with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations, market trends, and investment opportunities, while delivering responsive, high-quality customer service. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with the advisory team to support strategic investments, ensure smooth transactions, and contribute to the firm’s reputation for honest, expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License relevant to Dubai or be able to obtain one within a defined timeframe.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including client relationship management and responsiveness to inquiries.

• Candidates should possess solid Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, regulations, and property valuation fundamentals.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing in a target-driven environment.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in luxury property, fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage), strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM and real estate listing platforms.

• Ability to work independently and in a team, high ethical standards, and a willingness to attend property viewings and client meetings across Dubai.
