Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience within the Dubai off plan and secondary market is required. Candidates not currently residing in the UAE are kindly requested not to apply.

RERA Certification: Preferred but not essential.

Strong Communication Skills: Candidates should demonstrate excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and closing abilities while maintaining strong KPI performance.

Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Seeking ambitious individuals who are highly driven, performance-focused, and committed to long-term success.

UAE Driving License & Own Vehicle: Preferred to facilitate efficient client transportation and property viewings.

Language Requirement: Fluency in Russian and/or European languages (English, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, etc.) is highly advantageous, with understanding of international investor clientele and communication styles preferred.

Modern Sales Approach: Seeking real estate professionals who understand luxury property markets, personal branding, digital marketing, and social-first sales strategies to engage today’s international buyers and investors.

## Requirements
