## Description

Sales Manager – Architectural Building Materials | UAE & Oman

Our client is a well-established international manufacturer of specialised architectural building products, with a strong footprint across the Middle East. As they continue to grow their regional presence, they are looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive specification-led sales across Dubai, the Northern Emirates, and Oman.

The Role

This is a territory sales role covering an established range of interior and architectural building materials — including wall protection systems, expansion joint solutions, architectural louvers and grilles, sun control solutions, and entrance flooring systems — sold primarily through architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP companies on major commercial, healthcare, education, and hospitality projects.

You'll be responsible for:

• Liaising with local architects, contractors, and MEP companies to develop product specifications and deliver engineered solutions

• Owning the full sales cycle — prospecting, quotation, negotiation, and account retention

• Coordinating with the estimation team on quotations and tracking jobs from inquiry through to booking

• Developing and reporting on distributor performance and market activity

• Proactively marketing to ensure products are specified on major projects across the region

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of sales experience, ideally including at least 2 years selling building materials within the regional construction industry

• Engineering or business degree preferred, but not required if experience is strong

• Direct, hands-on experience engaging architects, consultants, and contractors — specification-led sales experience is a strong advantage

• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UAE and into Oman

• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, self-starting approach
