## Description

ArchitectRole Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing buildings and spaces that meet client requirements and regulatory standards. The role is responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to construction completion. The Architect will conduct site evaluations, review project feasibility, coordinate design development, monitor project progress, and resolve technical or design-related issues to ensure successful project delivery. The position also involves preparing presentations, reviewing construction documents, supporting contract administration, managing design revisions, and identifying opportunities to improve project quality, functionality, sustainability, and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will contribute innovative design solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, safety, environmental responsibility, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, construction methods, and structural coordination.

• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and construction documentation requirements.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, or similar applications.

• Ability to prepare and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.

• Commitment to sustainable design, innovation, quality assurance, and professional architectural standards.

• Ability to manage multiple design projects while meeting established deadlines and project objectives.
