## Description

We are hiring for a Sales Manager - Distribution for a leading Retail Conglomerate based in Dubai.

• Lead regional sales and growth strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion across MENA

• Drive business planning through market analysis, competitive insights, and growth opportunity identification

• Manage brand portfolio, distribution strategy, and market positioning to maximize commercial success

• Build and lead high-performing sales teams while developing key relationships with brand principals and major accounts

• Drive new business, strategic partnerships, and retail expansion opportunities

• Oversee inventory planning, visual merchandising, promotional campaigns, and premium retail visibility

• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and business reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve commercial goals

• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards across all markets

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred

5–10 years of GCC commercial/sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior role. Experience in eyewear, luxury, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods preferred

Proven success in revenue growth, market expansion, and key account management.

Strong leadership, negotiation, financial planning, and stakeholder management skills.
