About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Demi Chef (Hot Kitchen) to join our culinary team at our specialty coffee shop in Al Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality hot kitchen menu items—including all-day breakfast, hot mains, and signature cafe dishes—while maintaining strict food safety and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and maintain the hot kitchen station during peak cafe service hours.

• Prepare, cook, and plate hot dishes following our standard recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure proper mise en place, food prep, and inventory management for the hot line.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, station cleanliness, and HACCP compliance.

• Monitor stock rotation, ingredients freshness, and minimize food waste.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff for smooth service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or Commis 1 in a hot kitchen (cafe, specialty coffee shop, or restaurant background preferred).

• Strong knowledge of line cooking, temperature control, and presentation.

• Comfortable with working in Al Ain (open to candidates willing to relocate to Al Ain immediately).

• Good communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: AED 2,500 – AED 3,200 per month (commensurate with experience)

• Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, and end-of-service benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
