## Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer / Application Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming, application development, debugging, and software testing, with the ability to develop and maintain scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

Application Support

• Maintain and enhance existing software applications.

• Perform application testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization.

• Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards.

• Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation.

Collaboration

• Work closely with business users, senior developers, and project teams to understand requirements.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare technical documentation and user guides where required.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow coding standards and software development best practices.

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

• Maintain documentation for software changes and releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software or application development.

• Experience developing web, desktop, or enterprise applications.

• Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience may also be considered.
