## Description

Senior Manager, Projects Delivery

Real Estate Developer, Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a project delivery professional with a proven history of managing large, complex developments from concept and design through construction, handover, and close-out. This role requires a strong leader who can drive consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve demanding delivery objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost, and schedule performance.

Key Qualification:

• 16+ years of project delivery experience

• Mandatory UAE experience, preferably within Abu Dhabi, with strong knowledge of local authorities, regulations, approvals, permitting processes, and stakeholder management

• Demonstrated success delivering major developments including:

• Luxury and ultra-luxury villa communities

• High-rise residential towers

• Large mixed-use developments

• Experience on projects with values exceeding AED 500 million

Preferred Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

• Balanced experience across contracting, consultancy, PMC, and/or client-side development organizations

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Demonstrated ability to drive project teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve demanding project objectives
