## Description

Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage daily site activities and ensure construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on site.

• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams.

• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of construction activities.

• Review drawings, technical documents, and resolve site issues.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.

• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams.

• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in building construction projects.

• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.

• Experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

## Requirements
