## Description

Job Purpose

To lead the Company’s business development activities, identify new market opportunities, secure profitable projects, and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Company’s business development strategy.

• Identify new projects, clients, markets, and partnership opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, developers, consultants, and key stakeholders.

• Lead prequalification, tender opportunity assessment, and proposal activities.

• Coordinate with the estimation, commercial, operations, and technical teams.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.

• Negotiate commercial terms, partnerships, and joint venture opportunities.

• Manage the business development pipeline and report progress to senior management.

• Represent the Company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong business development experience within the construction, infrastructure, or contracting sector.

• Established network within the UAE and GCC market.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects.
