## Description

Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent — Dubai (Off-Plan Sales)

AX Premium Properties is growing its Dubai sales team and looking for experienced, driven Real Estate Agents to join us. Based at our Dubai office, you will represent properties from the UAE's most prestigious developers, serving a diverse local and international client base.

This is a salaried role with a commission structure. If you know the Dubai property market well and have a proven record in real estate sales, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

— Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into property sales

— Present off-plan properties from Dubai's leading developers

— Conduct client meetings, developer presentations, and property viewings

— Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to reservation

Requirements

— Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales

— Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market

— Proven track record of closing property deals

— Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage

— Currently based in Dubai & willing to join immediately
