## Description

About the Role
GS Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Lawyer to join our legal team as part of our Emiratisation initiative.

The successful candidate will support the firm's legal team in handling a variety of legal matters, conducting legal research, preparing documents, and assisting with client and court-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National looking to build a strong foundation and develop a successful legal career in a professional law firm environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on UAE laws, regulations, and case law.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, notices, pleadings, and correspondence.

• Support lawyers in preparing case files and legal submissions.

• Assist with litigation and dispute-related matters under the supervision of senior lawyers.

• Attend meetings with clients and assist in understanding their legal requirements.

• Support the preparation of legal opinions and case strategies.

• Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation.

• Assist with court, government authority, and other legal procedures when required.

• Stay updated on developments in UAE laws and regulations.

• Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• UAE National eligible for Emiratisation.

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.

• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with UAE court procedures and legal systems.

• Basic understanding of commercial, civil, employment, real estate, or dispute resolution matters.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
