📢 Hiring: Trust Lawyer (AML/CFT Experience) | Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Trust Lawyer to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.

💰 Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000/month
Key Requirements:
✔ Existing UAE-based Trust Lawyer

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent

✔ Strong experience in Trust Law, Fiduciary Services, Private Client Services, Corporate Services, or Financial Services Law

✔ Hands-on experience with drafting Trust Deeds, Trust Agreements, and trust-related legal documentation

✔ Solid knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations

✔ Experience in CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, AML audits, compliance reviews, risk assessments, and goAML reporting

✔ Excellent legal drafting and advisory skills

✔ Ability to work independently and manage complex legal documentation

✔ Russian language proficiency (spoken & written) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and amend trust-related legal documentation.

• Advise on trust structures, fiduciary arrangements, and corporate matters.

• Support trust administration and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure AML/CFT compliance in line with UAE regulations.

• Conduct CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and compliance monitoring.

• Assist with goAML reporting and AML audits.

• Support trust product development and internal compliance training.
