Join Katz Interiors
Established in 2006, Katz Interiors is a leading luxury interior design and architectural studio, creating bespoke residential, retail, and hospitality spaces for high-end clients across London, Paris, Monaco, Dubai, and other prime international locations.

We are expanding our Dubai team and looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong real estate background and an established network within the Dubai property market.
About the Role
This is not a traditional sales position.

We're looking for someone who understands the Dubai real estate ecosystem and can leverage existing relationships with developers, real estate agencies, brokers, investors, and high-net-worth (HNW) clients to generate interior design and fit-out opportunities.

Your goal will be to engage clients at the point of property purchase, lease, or handover and convert these opportunities into premium interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, agencies, and property consultants across Dubai.

• Generate qualified leads for luxury interior design, renovation, and fit-out projects.

• Identify opportunities at the property purchase, leasing, and handover stages.

• Develop strategic referral partnerships within the real estate industry.

• Present Katz Interiors' services to prospective clients and partners.

• Work closely with our design team to ensure a seamless client experience from introduction to project delivery.

• Represent Katz Interiors at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of successful experience as a Real Estate Broker, Property Consultant, or Developer Sales Specialist in Dubai.

• An active network of real estate brokers, developers, investors, property managers, and industry professionals.

• Proven ability to generate business through networking and relationship management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Passion for luxury real estate, interior design, and architecture.

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
