Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage,the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets

• Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies and plans

• Supervise daily sales activities and ensure proper clients follow-up

Who we are looking for :

• Proven 3–5 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate industry

• Previous experience managing or leading a real estate sales team

• Excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market

• Fluent English communication skills
