Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Off-plan real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including listing, marketing, and conducting property viewings.

Daily responsibilities include:

prospecting for new clients,

responding to inquiries,

providing market insights,

and guiding clients through off-plan properties, and

build long term relations with the clients.

The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with property management and other internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The Real Estate Agent is expected to build strong client relationships, meet sales targets, and represent Lux-Sar Properties professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, including rentals, sales, and off-plan deals. Freshers are also welcome.

• Being adaptable and fast learner and being ready to learn and commit to work.

• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Familiarity with Dubai real estate market trends and property valuation principles. If not, then the curiosity to learn.

• Being able to work with CRM tools, property listing platforms, and standard office software.

• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
