## Description

We are looking for an experienced People Director to lead our People function and partner closely with the executive leadership team during an exciting period of growth.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building a high-performing organisation through exceptional talent, performance, organisation design and people strategy. You'll work across every stage of the employee lifecycle while helping shape how the business scales for the future.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building modern people functions, embraces AI and technology, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall People strategy aligned to business objectives.

• Partner with senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning and business growth.

• Develop and embed a high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability.

• Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development.

• Oversee compensation and progression frameworks.

• Lead all People Operations, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

• Build and develop a high-performing People team.

• Introduce AI and automation to improve People processes and operational efficiency.

• Use people data and analytics to support business decision-making.

• Coach and support senior leaders on people-related matters.

Experience and skills

• Significant experience leading a People or Human Resources function within a fast-paced organisation.

• Strong background in organisational design, performance management and talent development.

• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people strategy and business performance.

• Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools or automation within business processes.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Experience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial or scaling businesses is highly desirable.

• Previous experience within consumer, retail, e-commerce, fashion or similar industries would be advantageous.

Need to be able to travel to the UK.
