:About Hub Drives

Hub Drives is a fast-growing car rental marketplace that connects customers with trusted car rental companies across the UAE. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to expand our network of partners and drive business growth.

:Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Identify and approach car rental companies across the UAE.

•⁠ ⁠Present Hub Drives and onboard new rental companies to the platform.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate and close partnership agreements.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.

•⁠ ⁠Assist partners in listing their vehicles and completing the onboarding process.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor partner performance and follow up on active bookings.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the operations team to improve partner satisfaction and booking performance.

•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly sales and partnership targets.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare weekly sales and performance reports.

:Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management.

•⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in the automotive, mobility, or car rental industry is an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
