Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – CTRM & Microsoft Dynamics ERP

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

💰 Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 + Attractive Commission

🏢 Hiring for one of our clients

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive new business for Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions within the Oil & Gas sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven enterprise software sales professional with experience selling to commodity trading companies, refiners, and energy businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities within the oil & gas, commodity trading, and energy sectors.

• Conduct outbound business development activities and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Understand clients' trading and risk management workflows to recommend suitable CTRM and ERP solutions.

• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, and RFP responses.

• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close enterprise software deals.

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data in the CRM.

• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Heads of Trading, and IT Directors.

• Work closely with pre-sales, implementation, and product teams to ensure seamless project handovers.

• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in CTRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.

• Proven experience selling into the Oil & Gas or Commodity Trading industry.

• Strong understanding of commodity trading, risk management, and back-office operations.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Existing network within oil & gas trading companies is highly preferred.

• Experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel as required.
