🛠 Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute utility-scale Solar PV, BESS, and Substation EPC construction activities.

• Supervise civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.

• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, IFC drawings, and technical specifications.

• Monitor daily site execution, quality, safety, and project progress.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and HSE regulations.

• Conduct inspections, audits, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

• Manage project documentation and support timely milestone completion.

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in Ground Mounted Utility-Scale Solar Projects is mandatory.

• BESS experience is mandatory for Battery Energy Storage roles.

• Manager-level candidates should have completed at least one 200 MW+ Solar EPC Project from start to finish.

• Substation professionals should have completed 220 kV or above Substation Projects.

• Full-Time Diploma/Engineering Degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
