As we continue to grow our presence across the UAE and GCC, we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Dubai team and help drive our next phase of growth. This is not a traditional sales role. Your role is to work closely with them, build strong client relationships, develop compelling business cases, and convert opportunities into successful commercial deployments. Position Strategic Business Development & Partnerships Executive Dubai, United Arab Emirates Your Responsibilities Drive Strategic Business Opportunities • Work closely with our advisors, consultants, and strategic partners to manage opportunities from introduction through to project completion. • Coordinate meetings with enterprise and government clients. • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers. • Understand customer challenges and identify business opportunities. • Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up. Develop Winning Business Cases • Research prospective clients and industries. • Understand customer pain points and business objectives. • Prepare solution proposals, presentations, commercial quotations, and project scopes. • Collaborate with our technical and product teams to design tailored solutions. • Support tender submissions and government proposals. Customer & Partner Engagement • Conduct product demonstrations and executive presentations. • Represent BYOND ASIA at client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. • Manage relationships with customers, consultants, technology partners, and system integrators. • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery. Marketing & Brand Support • Assist in preparing case studies, customer success stories, and marketing collateral. • Coordinate LinkedIn content, events, exhibitions, and product launches. • Keep CRM records and sales reports updated. • Support regional marketing initiatives across the GCC. We're Looking For Someone Who Has • 3–7 years of experience in: • Enterprise Sales • Business Development • Technology Sales • SaaS • Digital Transformation • IT Consulting • Smart Cities • Government or Enterprise Solutions • Experience engaging with senior executives and enterprise customers. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Strong proposal writing and business documentation skills. • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline. • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in the UAE or GCC market. • Existing network within government or enterprise sectors is an advantage. • Experience working with technology partners, consultants, or system integrators. • Knowledge of AI, enterprise software, cloud technologies, or digital transformation is beneficial (training will be provided). • Arabic language skills are a plus, but not essential.
