## Description

We’re Hiring: HR Operations Manager (to be in-charge of HR Systems, Analytics & Automation)

Join Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. and lead the transformation of our HR operations through systems, data, and automation.

What you’ll do:

• Own and optimise our HRMS across the full employee lifecycle

• Lead payroll accuracy & compliance (UAE regulations, EOS)

• Drive automation & AI across HR processes

• Build insightful dashboards (Power BI) to support decision-making

• Enhance employee experience through digital HR solutions

• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and data integrity

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in HR operations / systems / analytics

• Strong expertise in HRMS, automation, and reporting

• Experience in financial services (GCC preferred)

• Advanced analytical mindset + strong communication skills
