Are you passionate about real estate sales and building strong client relationships?

Better Way Properties is looking for ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers and investors.

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

• Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the transaction process.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
