## Description

Doobak Baklava & Sweets, located in JVC, Dubai, is hiring an experienced Pastry Chef specialising in cake baking and professional cream decoration.

Priority will be given to candidates with a strong portfolio in birthday cakes, celebration cakes and customised cake designs.

Requirements

* Proven experience in professional cake and pastry production

* Strong skills in cake baking, frosting, smooth finishing and decoration

* Ability to prepare birthday, celebration, chocolate, fruit and customised cakes

* Knowledge of creams, fillings, ganache, mousse and whipping cream

* Experience in café-style desserts, cupcakes and cream pastries

* Ability to prepare individual desserts, cheesecakes and display-counter products

* Ability to maintain consistent taste, texture, size and presentation

* Experience managing daily orders and high-volume production

* Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

* Organised, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work in a team

* Previous bakery, pastry shop, hotel, restaurant or café experience is preferred

* Must be available to work onsite in JVC, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

* Bake, fill, frost and professionally decorate cakes

* Produce birthday, celebration and customised cakes

* Prepare cupcakes, cream pastries and café-style desserts

* Create products based on customer images and requests

* Maintain product quality, appearance and portion standards
