Urgent requirement for Business Analyst – Card Domain in banking is required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi ,UAE

Hands on requirement gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management--Must

Cards Domain: Deep knowledge of cards is mandatory

Retail Banking - Customer onboarding, lifecycle management, servicing, retention is Must

Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking, FinTech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives--Must

Communication: Strong spoken and written English--Must

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the banking and financial services sector as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge across banking products, customer onboarding, customer lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements, while demonstrating the ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive business outcomes through well-defined requirements and process improvements.

Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory, as the role involves regular interaction with senior stakeholders, business users, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate worked in UAE-based organizations or international corporate environments, demonstrating experience operating within diverse, professional, and structured business settings.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and process flows.

Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users to validate solutions.

Analyze and optimize existing banking processes, systems, and customer journeys.

Contribute to initiatives involving customer onboarding, KYC, customer lifecycle management, and digital banking transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services

Strong understanding of: Retail Banking; Customer Onboarding; Customer Lifecycle Management; Cards domain

Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in UAE banking institutions or international/Western corporate environments

Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking, FinTech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives

Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or equivalent

Experience across the full customer journey, including onboarding, servicing, retention, and lifecycle optimization
