We’re Expanding – Secondary Sales & Leasing Manager

As part of MTS Group’s continued growth, we are hiring an experienced Secondary Sales & Leasing Manager to lead and develop our secondary market team in Dubai.

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Dubai secondary sales and leasing

· Proven team leadership and target management experience

· Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, market trends, DLD, and RERA regulations

· Excellent negotiation, closing, and client management skills

· Experience with CRM systems, Property Finder, and Bayut

· Ability to manage listings, viewings, transactions, and team performance
