## Description

Role : Infrastructure Project Manager

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the design and implementation of a major infrastructure project in the UAE.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the delivery of a high-value, complex project from concept and design through execution, commissioning, and handover, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence, safety, quality, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major infrastructure project.

• Oversee design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.

• Ensure effective project controls, cost management, schedule performance, risk mitigation, and reporting.

• Drive compliance with HSE, QA/QC, FIDIC, and contractual requirements.

• Manage client relationships, consultant coordination, contractors, and key stakeholders.

• Administer contracts and resolve commercial, technical, and delivery issues proactively.

• Ensure successful delivery of large-scale EPC / design-build projects to the required standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering preferred.

• Minimum 18+ years of project management experience.

• Proven track record in delivering high-security energy facilities, military facilities, airports, or other complex infrastructure projects.

• Strong background in EPC / design-build project environments.

• Experience managing large, high-value projects from design through commissioning.
