## Description

Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Abu Dhabi with some flexibility for work from home, involves providing thorough financial, investment, and research analysis to support strategic and tactical decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting investment research across asset classes, building and maintaining financial models, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, and assessing the performance and risk profiles of existing and potential investments. The role also includes preparing clear reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders, monitoring market trends and macroeconomic developments, and contributing to the development and refinement of investment strategies and portfolio recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams such as portfolio management, risk, and finance is expected to ensure that insights are aligned with organizational objectives and risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and market data to generate clear, actionable insights.

• Candidates should possess expertise in investment research and investment strategies, including fundamental and macro analysis, portfolio evaluation, and risk-return assessment.

• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of investments and finance, including financial instruments, valuation methods, capital markets, and corporate finance concepts.

• Candidates should possess proficiency with financial modeling and Excel, and familiarity with relevant analytics tools or platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar systems).

• Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to investment committees and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as CFA or master’s degree are an advantage.

• Candidates should possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain high ethical standards and professional integrity.
