## Description

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst / Business Operations Analyst / Process Analyst. The role focuses on analyzing and improving internal processes that support doctors through the PEP Specialist Pathway, including workflows related to RACGP applications, AHPRA registration, AMC portfolio guidance, job search assistance, and visa support. Day-to-day tasks include mapping and documenting processes, gathering and analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to increase efficiency and consistency of service delivery. The analyst will collaborate with GPs and support staff to translate operational insights into clear procedures, dashboards, and reporting, and will help implement changes, monitor performance, and maintain up-to-date process documentation. The role also involves communicating findings to stakeholders, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and contributing to continuous improvement across business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis and Business Operations skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow optimization.

• Advanced Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret operational metrics, identify trends, and support evidence-based decisions.

• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

• Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) and comfort working with remote teams and digital tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field; experience in healthcare, medical recruitment, or professional services is an advantage.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment.

• Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel or other analytics tools, project management software, documentation platforms).
