Job Summary:

Department: Customer Service – Rent A Car

Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive with experience in the Rent A Car industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing vehicle rental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with vehicle reservations, rentals, and returns.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.

• Explain rental agreements, policies, insurance, and payment procedures.

• Coordinate vehicle availability and booking schedules.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer records and rental documentation.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and collection.

• Promote additional services and upgrades when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the UAE Rent A Car industry is required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and rental management systems.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve customer issues effectively.

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
