## Description

Executive Assistant, Dubai

We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client based in Dubai for an Executive Assistant to support a senior founder and partner closely with the Chief of Staff.

About the role:

This is a business facing support role working directly with senior leadership. The person in this role will need to be highly organised, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast paced, high demand environment where priorities can shift quickly.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a complex and frequently changing calendar

• Coordinating international travel at short notice

• Acting as a point of contact between leadership and internal teams

• Preparing materials and briefings ahead of meetings

• Supporting on ad hoc projects as needed

• Handling sensitive information with full discretion

What we're looking for:

• Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership

• Comfortable working outside standard hours when needed

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Based in Dubai, ideally long term

• Available for international travel with no visa restrictions

Salary: Up to AED 25,000 per month, plus benefits
