With 15+ years of market leadership and a growing presence across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Baku, we are expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced, high-impact Sales Manager ready to drive results, build winning teams, and shape the future of real estate in the UAE.

📋 Key Responsibilities

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Property Consultants

• Set, monitor, and drive team KPIs and monthly targets

• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

• Build and maintain high-value client relationships

• Collaborate with marketing and management on growth strategies

• Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate regulations

✅ What We’re Looking For

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• 5+ years of UAE real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams

• Abu Dhabi &/or Dubai Broker License (BLN / RERA) — or willingness to obtain

• Valid UAE Driving License

• Exceptional negotiation, leadership & client relationship skills

• Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi & Dubai property markets

• Fluent in English & Arabic — additional languages (French, Russian, Chinese, or European) are a strong advantage

• Open to Male & Female candidates
