R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

• Own country-level revenue targets

• Develop strategic partnerships and alliances

• Drive CXO-level enterprise deal closures

• Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy

• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams

• Build, lead, and scale the UAE sales team

• Provide executive-level market insights and intelligence

W H A T W E ’ R E L O O K I N G F O R

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

• GCC market experience preferred

• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals

• Experience in Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or QSR industries is preferred

• Experience building and leading sales teams

• Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment

• Strong ability to engage and sell to CXOs and senior stakeholders
