We're Hiring: Senior Architect (Technical)

*****Must have High-rise building experience *****

Talent Tides is looking for a Senior Architect (Technical) to join one of our prestigious clients in the UAE. If you have strong technical expertise in architectural coordination and contracting experience, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical architectural support across all project stages

• Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents

• Manage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submittals

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building code

• Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines

• Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction

• Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen

• Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors

• Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal log

• Support QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variations

• Ensure strong contractual compliance and technical coordination

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of contracting experience

• UAE experience is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and Green Building requirements

• Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals

• Strong coordination and contractual management skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Knowledge of BIM / Revit is required
