Role Description The Real Estate Agent will work full time on site in Ajman, supporting clients through the complete property transaction process.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.

The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with property owners, buyers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.

The Real Estate Agent will maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, manage listings across relevant platforms, and provide responsive, professional customer service. This position also requires meeting sales targets, maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions, and participating in team meetings and trainings to improve performance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local real estate regulations in Ajman.

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes.

• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.

• Proficiency in basic office software and real estate listing platforms is beneficial.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in Ajman are an advantage.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on site.

• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices.
