## Description

IC İçtaş Construction is a global brand with over 50 years of experience in domestic and international projects. Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed railways, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Traffic Manager to join our team for our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

• Develop and implement traffic management plans within the project scope

• Prepare temporary traffic arrangements, including traffic diversion, signage, and safety plans

• Ensure safe and uninterrupted traffic flow within and around the construction site

• Coordinate with local authorities and relevant stakeholders

• Identify traffic-related risks and implement necessary mitigation measures

• Ensure traffic management activities are aligned with project schedule and budget

• Supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring proper execution of traffic management practices

• Prepare daily and weekly traffic management reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in traffic management within highway, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects

• Experience in international projects (preferably in the Gulf region)

• Strong knowledge of traffic control systems, road safety standards, and signage practices

• Familiarity with local traffic regulations and requirements

• Proven experience in team management and site coordination

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in English

• No restrictions for working abroad
