## Description

Goaco is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen our marketing function across the UK and UAE.

This is not a social media-only role.

We are looking for someone who can combine strategy with practical delivery, turn marketing into a qualified lead generator and help build a high-performing function with a clear pathway towards Head of Marketing and ultimately Growth Director.

You will take ownership of:

• UK and UAE marketing strategy

• Campaign planning and delivery

• Qualified lead generation and pipeline influence

• Social media strategy across both regions

• Content, video, email, website and event marketing

• Marketing KPIs, dashboards and board reporting

• Sales alignment and lead handover

• Team leadership and quality control

• Use of AI tools to improve speed, consistency and insight

The right person will be:

• Commercially focused and data-driven

• Strategic but willing to deliver personally

• Entrepreneurial and proactive

• A strong communicator with board-level confidence

• Creative with exceptional attention to detail

• Comfortable working across different markets and audiences

• Able to motivate teams across the UK and UAE

• Experienced in linking marketing activity to leads, opportunities and revenue

Experience in technology, cyber security, AI, data, cloud, professional services, government or regulated sectors would be valuable.

We will assess candidates through a structured process including evidence-based questions, a video interview and a short practical exercise. We are interested in what you have personally owned, delivered and improved.
