## Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities in the commercial and residential interior fit-out sector.
Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience in interior fit-out, construction, real estate, or property development.

• Proven experience working with residential villas, luxury homes, commercial offices, retail, hospitality, or F&B projects.

• Strong network of property owners, consultants, developers, architects, and corporate clients in the UAE.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for commercial office, residential villa, apartment, retail, hospitality, and F&B fit-out projects.

• Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects, real estate professionals, and corporate clients.

• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.

• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the design and estimation teams.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.
